Earlier this year I created a special curriculum that provides a fun, effective, and safe way to learn the basics.


You’ll feel successful from the get-go. Each week, you’ll focus on a different STOTT™ Pilates principle and build on the one from the previous week.


You’ll get comfortable with a variety of Pilates routines and unique equipment including the Pilates reformer, stability chair, and tower.


Beginners Pilates instruction is offered at our East Cobb/Marietta studio. To ensure that you receive lots of personal attention, these semi-private lessons never have more than 4 participants.


Our instructors will provide you with a workout that is challenging but appropriate to your fitness level, keeping you safe and making your time at the center Studio enjoyable.
