Cardiovascular exercise is critical to good health and to finding and maintaining your ideal weight. The President’s Council on Physical Fitness recommends that if you choose cardio activities at a moderate level, do at least 2 hours and 30 minutes a week, and if you choose vigorous activities, do at least 1 hour and 15 minutes a week. Make sure you do at least 10 minutes each session, and you can combine moderate and vigorous activities.
The Elliptical is free to use at your convenience! It has 16 different programming options which can accomodate all fitness levels. And it even has a fan, a drink holder, a towel hook and a place to put your ipod or mp3 player.
