* * Why 30 Lessons?

It takes a regular practice, coming two to three times a week, for 10 – 12 weeks, to really see results.

As Joseph Pilates said, “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, in 30 you’ll have a whole new body.”

We offer a monthly payment plan and a satisfaction gurantee. If you’re not happy after ten lessons we’ll refund your unused portion, no questions asked.

This offer is first come, first served. Lessons must be completed by 2/12/2012.  There is a full lesson charge for any lesson cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice.
