STOTT® PILATES FEATURED EXERCISE

STARTING POSITION

  • Sitting back of sit bones on mat or a Stability Cushion
  • Legs hip distance apart, knees bent
  • One leg off mat
  • Hands behind the head

 

EXERCISE

5-8 repetitions on both sides

  • INHALE – prepare
  • EXHALE – rotate toward lifted knee
  • INHALE – return to starting position
