| the center is pleased to offer Heart Saver CPR for Family and Friends on Sunday February 27,2011 at 1:00 pm.The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches Basic Life Saving Skills including adult/child CPR, signs of choking, how to help a choking victim, how to activate and phone your (EMS) Emergency Response Number (911). This course is open to all individuals, ages 12 and older.
Even if you’ve taken CPR before, this course is a great refresher. You’ll learn the latest guidelines from the American Hear Association.
