This week we’re rolling out our PILATES PERKS – a reward system for the center Clients. Now you can earn rewards for 1) referring a client, 2) buying something, or 3) booking services online.
All studio clients are automatically enrolled and you start earning points right away!
You can use your points just like cash, towards purchases of lessons or retail merchandise. Points have a value of .01. This can really add up, and you don’t have to do a thing!
Here’s what you will earn for:
Making a Purchase:
1 point for every dollar spent. For example, if your monthly payment is $500, you will earn $5.00 per month (or $60 per year)
Referring a new client:
2,500 points, if the client enrolls in a 3 or 6 month package
Scheduling your appointments online:
Other things to know:
- Rewards expire one year from date they were earned.
- The value earned by this Client Rewards Feature is kept separate from your account credit / balance.
- You must have at least 1 point for the CLIENT REWARDS PROGRAM Section to appear on their Account Details Screen.
- If the Referred By relationship is removed, the points are removed too.
- You cannot have negative points.
- Purchases made using rewards points cannot be discounted.
- If you book a lesson online, and it is “late cancelled”, then yes, they will lose the points that you gained from the original booking.
- Currently we don’t have a way to refund points back to your point balance.
It’s a way to give back to you for your continued support of the studio.
