We’re changing things up (for the best news skip to the bottom of this page)!
First of all, the spring lesson schedule will begin next Monday, February 25. We’ve added lot’s of choices for your fitness fun.
Check out the schedule here. You’ll see three changes:
- New Group class program including yoga, mat pilates and TRX
- New Semi-private lessons, including “Pump and Jump”, “Athletic Conditioning” and “Tower Hour”
- New True Beginners Semi Private Lesson program (perfect for those of you who want to review or learn the basics.
Next, have you seen our group reformer room? We added two more STOTT PILATES V2Max Plus reformers to our stable. You’ll also notice some new cardio tramps (a cardio junkie’s dream) and a few contraptions called vinyasa triangles. (These babies help you do yoga on the reformer!). The addition of towers and the dual pulley system will enable you to explore movements you didn’t think you could do. We are extremely excited about these reformers. Come in soon and ask for a test drive.
Thirdly, we have a new look. Lia Jordan, our talented Pilates Apprentice extraordinaire has created a new logo and color scheme. You’ll see this on brochures, business cards and letters. The logo captures the feel of our studio, don’t you think?
Finally, (and most fun of all) the studio is moving to a bigger space! I just signed a lease to expand in Paper Mill Village. Our front door will be around the corner from Sugar Benders Bakery. The new studio will have three exercise areas (including an outdoor zen space!), a nice seating area for clients to mingle& three bathrooms among other things. Look on the studio bulletin board (or facebook) to see the construction progress. We hope to move in by mid-April.
