Formats Offered

 Pilates with Small Equipment – 

Pilates using small equipment (barrels, bands, balls, fitness circles etc..) to enhance core connection and build overall strength. You will be amazed at the improvement in strength and tone from adding these props. 

Stretch and Restore – 

These stretching exercises help the body lengthen and relax completely. You will increase flexibility, and core strength, and reduce stress.  Great for beginners and those who need to improve flexibility but “don’t have the time to do it”. 

Yoga Plus –

Yoga like you’ve never done before. You’ll build strength, find balance and dramatically increase your flexibility as you progress through these classes; and actually have fun doing so. To achieve superior results, these classes combine the traditional movements of yoga and Pilates with cutting edge fascial fitness techniques that improve overall muscle movement and health.
TRX Suspension Training –

The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Build a rock-solid core and overall body strength.

  • If you are currently enrolled in a Pilates with Small Equipment series you can extend your sessions at a cost of $20 per lesson
  • A minimum number of students is required to hold a class
  • These are 8 week series. All classes must be completed by July 12 or they will be forfeited
