The lessons will give you a good idea about this special program. You’ll do a workout of pilates mat and pilates reformer exercises in this class. We have four brand new STOTT PILATES V2Max reformers, which allow you to do more than 500 exercises to build core strength, flexibility and muscle tone.
Are you hesitant that the exercises may be too difficult for you?
Don’t worry, I’ll provide modifications so that you feel strong and successful.
