This healthy snack offers a satisfying combination of flavor and crunch. They’re simple to make and easy to pack as a
snack.
To Make:
Slice two large sweet potatoes very thinly using a mandolin or the slicer on a food processor.
Lay slices out on a parchment lined cookie tray that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Apply a gently spray of cooking spray to the sweet potatoes.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, turning once.
To add extra crunch, keep trays in oven on lowest setting for another 2 – 3 hours.
