Please join us on Wednesday September 28 at 7:30 pm for a free community pilates class in to help famine relief efforts.

This class is open to all ages, levels, clients, former clients, friends of friends of clients, and anyone else who has a passion for pilates and a desire to do something small that can create a big change for others.

We’re hosting this event in support of Nancy Bauer, an avid Pilates fan and one-woman world-changer.  Nancy is taking a physical challenge for the 30 days of September to raise awareness and money to be donated to CARE (www.care.org) and the World Food Programme (www.wfp.org).  Her goal is to practice yoga and pilates every day for 30 days.

Please support Nancy’s efforts by attending this special event. If you can’t join us, we’re collecting loose change at the studio.  Look for our “Hungry for Change” can by the front desk.
