Here at the center we are big believers in this new training method. We call it “pilates standing up” because it incorporates all of the benefits of core training into big muscle exercises. Because of the unique suspension feature, you use as little or as much of your body weight as necessary to complete each exercise. This insures safety and maximum results.
The TRX pro pack comes with all you need to get started, including a basic strength training dvd. The dvd shows how to set the unit up, and explains different exercises, plus modifications for many different fitness levels. I’d recommend ordering the door anchor accessory if you plan to take it on your travels or if you don’t have a secure place to wrap the suspension anchor over.
