PILATES STANDING UP
With it’s emphasis on core engagement and alignment, TRX uses the Pilates principles to facilitate correct movement and stabilization.
As a result of pilates lessons I notice a better understanding of posture and balance, along with a marked improvement in how I feel after a round of golf. I’ve also improved awareness of my golf swing which has led to better ball striking.
I really credit the workouts at the center for how much more energy I have and how much better I feel about myself. I’ve lost inches and I’ve toned and tightened everything up quite a bit.
