Training Options

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons are the quickest and best way to see results quickly, and are recommended for all new clients.  Lessons are tailored to your goals, taking into consideration your individual fitness level, learning style, abilities and limitations. Lesson plans incorporate the large Pilates Machines (V2Max Plus Reformer, Stability Chair, Cadillac) as well as small equipment and mat.

SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS

Semi-Private lessons of 2-4 people focus on developing strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance. Lessons are typically conducted using the machines:  V2Max Plus Reformer, Stability Chair, Tower,  and other small equipment and props.   Pilates Equipment places more emphasis on the shoulders, arms, hips and legs, for a full-body workout.

 

GROUP CLASSES

Group classes of up to ten participants follow the essential and/ or intermediate routines.  The exercises focus on improving core strength and stability.  Small equipment such as weighted toning balls,  fitness circles, tubing, bands, stability balls and flex bands are incorporated into the lessons.
